Every project starts with a single question: what will make a player lose track of time? We build backwards from that moment.

Rollback netcode is unforgiving — so we obsess over the 16 millisecond frame budget until matches feel local, even Sydney to Perth.

Lead Gameplay Engineer
Fitzroy's laneways and neon signage bleed into everything we draw. Our worlds should feel hand-made, never off the shelf.

Art Director
A grand final broadcast lives or dies on the overlay. We rehearse every camera cut days before the crowd arrives.

Good to know
Most bespoke titles run 8 to 14 months from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and platforms. We work in six-week milestones so you see a playable build roughly every month, and we lock a launch window together after the first prototype.
Absolutely. Around half our clients are remote across Australia and New Zealand. We run weekly video reviews and share builds through a private launcher, and we're happy to fly interstate for milestone sign-offs when it matters.
Yes — our Smith Street lab hosts weekend playtest cohorts and you are welcome to observe your own sessions. Just book ahead so we can reserve a viewing station. The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm AEST.
We quote fixed milestones in Australian dollars after a free scoping call, so there are no surprise hourly bills. Development projects are billed per milestone, and esports production is priced per event from A$3,200. A 30% deposit secures your slot in the schedule.
You do. On final milestone payment you receive full source, art assets and the shipping build with a complete IP transfer. We only ask to feature the finished title in our portfolio once it is publicly released.
We ship on Unity and Unreal, plus a lightweight in-house engine for 2D titles. Target platforms include PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, and we handle the certification paperwork for console releases.
